Q: What is the Planet VIP?
A: It’s our email and rewards club*! Planet VIP gives you access to exclusive perks such as:
  1. Earn 1 point for every full dollar spent on qualifying purchases (e.g., $1.00 - $1.99 = 1 point). Gratuity, taxes, alcohol, and other exclusions apply.
  2. $1 off any 20oz smoothie or larger when you register.
  3. Exclusive info about upcoming promotions, giveaways, events and new products.
  4. Member-only offers.
  5. A special reward for your birthday!

Q: How do I sign up for the Planet VIP
A: You can sign up at any participating Planet Smoothie by providing your phone number to the cashier at checkout or register online. If you sign up in-store, you will still need to register your account.
Q: How old do I have to be to join?
A: You must be 13 years of age or older to become a member.
Q: Once I’ve signed up in-store, how do I register my account?
A: Visit here to JOIN/REGISTER and follow the prompts.
Q: Are there any costs or fees to be a member?
A: No.
Q: Do I need to enter my personal information to register my account?
A: We ask for only a few pieces of information such as your birthdate, phone number and email address.
Q: Who has access to the information in my account?
A: Planet Smoothie and our brand’s program partner, Spendgo™, have access to your information. You can read our Privacy Policy at www.PlanetSmoothie.com/aboutus/legalprivacy
Q: How can I see my points and rewards balance?
A: Your points balance and available rewards can be viewed by logging into your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for all points to process and appear on your account.
Q: How can I change the email or phone number tied to my account?
A: You can log into your account and update your profile at any time.
Q: How do I change my account password?
A: You can change your password any time by following these steps:
  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click the drop-down button on the top right side of the screen.
  3. Select “My Account”.
  4. Enter your new password in the password field.
  5. Click “Save Changes“ at the bottom of the screen to complete the process.
Q: How do I close my account?
A: Contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@kahalamgmt.com. Keep in mind the account closure process can take up to 72 hours.
Q: I forgot my username and password, what now?
A: Your username is the email address or phone number tied to your account.

Q: In order to earn points and redeem Rewards, do I need to opt-in to receive marketing emails?
A: No. At registration, you must provide your email address, but you may choose to opt-out of receiving marketing emails and still earn points and redeem rewards at participating locations.
Q: What do I do if my favorite Planet Smoothie location is not an available option when I join?
A: Contact us at customerservice@kahalamgmt.com and tell us which location you were unable to locate. In the meantime, to complete your registration, select an alternate location. You can always access your account information at a later date and select a new favorite store.
Q: I had a Plum Rewards account, was my account automatically transferred?
A: Yes, please sign up to enroll in the new reward program. Your visits have been converted to our new points-based system.
Q: What is the point structure of Planet VIP?
A: You earn one point for every full dollar spent on the pre-tax and pre-tip transaction amount (e.g., $1.00 - $1.99 = 1 point) on qualifying purchases.
Q: How do I earn points?
A: Provide your phone number to the cashier in-store, or sign into your account online before checkout and earn one point for every full dollar spent on qualifying purchases; excluding third party delivery, coupons, discounts, gratuity, taxes and other exclusions. Purchasing gift cards does not qualify for points; gift cards used as tender do qualify for points. Please allow up to 24 hours for all points to process and appear on your account.
Q: Can I still get points for my purchase if I forgot to enter my phone number at checkout?
A: Yes, you can still receive points as long as you have your receipt. To get your points: Log into your account, within 30 days of the transaction, click on “Want to claim more points?” and fill out the form using the check number at the top of your receipt. You can also reach out to our Customer Service team at customerservice@kahalamgmt.com and include a copy of your itemized receipt for assistance.
Q: How can I use my points?
A: Once you accumulate 50 points, your points are converted into a $5 reward to use on your next in-store or online purchase of $5 or more. Rewards may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account. Your account must be fully registered to access any earned rewards..
Q: What purchases qualify for points?
A: Nearly all purchases qualify for points – from A to Z, or in our case from A to V – from the Almond Mocha Jolt to the Vinnie del Rocco. Points are earned if you use a gift card as tender but are not earned if you purchase a gift card. Points are not earned for third party delivery, gratuities, coupons, discounts or receipt adjustments.
Q: Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
A: For every 50 points you earn, a $5 reward is generated. There is no limit to how many $5 rewards you can earn, but only one $5 reward can be redeemed per transaction. Each $5 reward expires 90 days from the date of issue. Your account must be fully registered to access any earned rewards..
Q: Do my visits and/or rewards from the previous loyalty program transfer to the new Planet VIP program?
A: Yes, visits will transfer to the new program. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to our Customer Service team at customerservice@kahalamgmt.com.
Q: Can I redeem my $5 Reward and another offer on the same transaction?
A: No, you can only redeem one offer/Reward per transaction.
Q: Does the $5 Reward cover tax?
A: No, the $5 Reward does not cover tax.
Q: If I have multiple $5 Rewards, can I redeem more than one at the same time?
A: No, only one $5 reward can be redeemed per transaction.
Q: Does my account need to be registered to unlock and redeem Rewards?
A: Yes, you must register your account to unlock rewards. If your account is not registered, points will be earned and rewards will be generated, but you will be unable to redeem rewards until the account is registered. Keep in mind, once a reward is generated, it will expire in 90 days regardless of registration status.
Q: How am I notified I have earned a $5 Reward?
A: If you have registered your account, the terminal will prompt you at each visit until it is redeemed or expires. You will also receive an email informing you a $5 reward was loaded to your account (if you have opted into receiving emails).)

If your account has NOT been registered online, you will not be notified of any earned rewards. You must fully register your account to unlock rewards and will not be able to redeem them until you register.

Q: How do I redeem a $5 Reward?

A: 1. Register your account to unlock Rewards.

A: $5 rewards expire 90 days from the date they are earned and issued.
Q: Is there a purchase minimum to redeem a $5 Reward?
A: Yes, rewards can only be used on in-store or online transactions of $5 or more.
Q: When will I receive my birthday Reward?
A: Your $6 birthday reward will be loaded to your Planet VIP account 7 days prior to your birthday. Please contact us if you do not see your coupon arrive in that time frame at customerservice@kahalamgmt.com.
Q: How long do I have to redeem my birthday Reward?
A: You have two weeks to redeem your birthday reward. Your birthday reward is valid 7 days prior to your birthday and expires 7 days after your birthday.
